We’ve built up a team of qualified and extremely passionate people over the years.
Here they are, in their order of joining the company…
Wayne Potterton

Wayne is part of a beautiful family that includes 3 women (a wife and 2 daughters). Which probably explains why he likes to surf and cycle so much.

Before joining Public Address, Rein was involved with leading surf lifestyle publications and brands Zigzag Magazine, Saltwater Girl, Blunt Magazine (Creative Director), Island Style (Head of Design and Marketing) and The Wave House.
How do you even begin to explain what running a top SA magazine is all about? Rein was involved in every aspect of the various magazines from start to finish and this often included producing cool ads for brands, like Yamaha, that advertised in the magazines.
Rein enjoys his family, surfing and general rocking out.

Oliver Williams

A textbook family man with number 2 on the way – and a fire safety certificate to prove his reliability! – Ollie spends his weekends at kids’ birthday parties or the Durban beachfront. You can also usually find him at the gym’s water cooler, bragging about the set he just “klapped, boet”.

Geraldine Gabriel
Administration & Finance Manager
When she isn’t looking forward to the annual agency Christmas party, Geraldine handles the stress of Public Address’s entire financial accounts department – debtors, creditors, and general admin.
Another crucial part of Mrs G’s job is marking down fines for ‘silly’ staff behavior, to be paid in shooters at the end of year function or other agency events.
Away from the craziness of Public Address, Geraldine loves listening to good music, reading, watching crime investigation shows and chilling (drink in hand) with her hubby, 3 grownup kids and friends.

Nosipho Mncwango
Office Custodian
Nosipho not only keeps the Public Address offices looking their impressive best, but she also fulfils the vital function of ensuring that everyone at the agency – and our clients, when they pop in – always receives their much needed caffeine hit.
When she isn’t bustling around the office with her personal radio player (and dodging website profile interviews), Nosipho can be spotted in the occasional Public Address TV commercial.

Having initially interned at TBWA\ Tequila Durban, Jane has enjoyed a number of interesting work experiences, in and outside advertising. She’s been an Event Planner, analysed fashion trends and taken instruction courses in styling, make-up and yoga.

Alan Grove
General Manager / Video Production Manager
Although Alan is adamant nothing could prepare him for Advertising or Content Production, he’s received plenty of education in the business world. Alan has done everything from casino management to property development to owning a food distribution company for rural pensioners.
At Public Address Allen is currently heavily involved in video production for BMG and SA Natural Products.
Alan considers his greatest achievement in life to be his 18 year marriage. And with 3 daughters, you’ll often find him at ballet recitals, teen flicks, horse riding competitions and musicals. Most mornings you’re likely to spot him on punishing mountain bike trails.
